Policies for Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds for "MV" Items




Damage in shipment?

Contact us within 10 days of receiving your purchase if your purchase arrives damaged. We will ship you a replacement at no charge.




What if you are dissatisfied?

    If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Contact us within 10 days of receiving your purchase and inform us of the problem. Before returning an item you must get a RMA number from us or the shipment will be refused and no refund or exchange will be allowed.




Exchanges?

    Exchanges are available for the same item or a comparably priced item. Contact us within 10 days of receiving your purchase and we will pick up the cost of shipping the replacement and the item being replaced (limited to only one exchange). In the extremely rare event you request more than one exchange of an item, we will require you to pay shipping for the replacement item along with the shipping charges to get the exchange items back to the warehouse. Before returning an item you must get a RMA number from us or the shipment will be refused and no exchange will be allowed.




Returns?

    Refunds are for 100% of the price of the item, less a $15.00 return processing fee and the original shipping charges. Contact us within 10 days of receiving your purchase and we will arrange for and pay the cost of shipping back to us.
